Pledge Certificates
ALL the Pledge money is allocated to:
Florence-Lauderdale Animal Shelter
Volunteer Department Vet & Meds Committee
for the shelter’s pets vetting and medication expenses ONLY.
The Monthly Pledge Certificate is a 12 month commitment. You can send your Pledge monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. Make Pledge payment payable to:
Florence-Lauderdale Animal Shelter - ATTN: Pledge. The total yearly pledge is $120.

This form can be filled in and printed before clicking on the SUBMIT button. Mail your printed form with your Pledge payment.
Upon receipt of your 1st Pledge payment to Florence-Lauderdale Animal Shelter – Pledge, you will receive a Monthly Pledge Certificate and your name will be added to our HALL OF THANKS
